Welcome to our beautifully presented contemporary 3-bedroom semi-detached townhouse, situated on a quiet modern estate very close all transport links and short walk into Cheltenham’s Town Centre. This inviting home is the perfect choice whether you're planning a short Cotswold family break, a corporate or business stay, or simply a much-needed get-together with friends.

Spread across three storeys, the house offers three well-appointed bedrooms plus a separate living room/ 4th bedroom.

The ground floor boasts a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a downstairs WC, a separate living room with a large TV/ dining area for 6-8 people, with patio doors leading onto a private patio with outdoor dining area and a lovely rear garden.

The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, a large bedroom facing the front of the property with 2 single beds (which can also be set up as a queen bed when pushed together) and a 2nd double bedroom facing the rear of the property, with a double bed.

The top floor offers a fantastic dual aspect master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, ample storage, large TV and a private air con unit. This lovely room has 2 single beds (which can also be set up as a queen bed when pushed together).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, electric induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the essential utensils for cooking and catering. The dining area is designed to seat 6-8 guests comfortably.

This home combines thoughtful design and practical features to ensure your stay is both relaxing and memorable.

Guest access:

The home has everything you need for a self-contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box outside the property and the code for this will be provided to you in the morning on the day of your arrival.

Other things to note:

🚗 Parking: please park on the driveway, which is to the right of the entrance to the property. You can fit 2-3 cars on the driveway and you can also park right outside of the house, if needed.

☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar

☕ We also provide salt, pepper and cooking oil for guests.

🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A bathmat is provided in each bathroom.

🚿 Toiletries: Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap as well as toilet paper are provided.

🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer weekly complimentary housekeeping services.
