Dear Brendan, sorry about the previous guests smoking if we could have more time we could have aired the property more before checking. Our housekeepers put some plug in fresheners to help. We will speak to these guests to make sure it does not happen again, there are signs throughout the building and apartments, unfortunately some people like to spoil it for all. The car park is 1st come 1st serve as per the advert, euro carpark is just across the road and charge aprox £12 per 24 hours. In peak times the parking may get busy but generally there are spaces with no issues.Ref the stairs , we have other apartments with less stairs , in future please let us know , subject to availability.  The shower is electric there is no gas in the building. Though there is sufficient water pressure for a shower, some people are used to their own shower pressure so it is a matter of preference. Again not been a major issue for other guests. We hope this did not affect your stay.  Suggestions ref the key box we will consider and see feasibility. Thank you for your suggestion anyhow.
